Introduction

This site has been set up as a place for me to upload some of the interesting points about my research. I think that it is the case that a lot of research is repeated because of the fact that a failed experiment will not get published in a journal. With this in mind I will try to document my findings whether or not they are classed as a failure or a success. Hopefully this will act as a guide for future researchers to find out which routes to steer clear of.

In addition to my research I will update the site with information on my other interests, however the majority of it will be engineernig focused. See the Interests page for this. Two of the main things I am involved with are Skiing, and the running of my engineering design consultancy, Root4.
