The photograph is a reference to my St. Andrews connection, and shows the famous St. Andrews red gowns, as worn by me when I was a student (except mine was scruffier). [The picture was actually taken in the grounds of Cartmel Priory, Cumbria, although it does show genuine St. Andrews students.]
