Basic CHIME functions (for PC - for mac press and hold for the menu):

Click and drag the left hand mouse button to manipulate the structure. Click "Refresh" or "Reload" to return to the original picture.

Using the right hand mouse button, click  in the box; a menu will appear. 
Click on "Rotation" to stop the molecule spinning. 
Click on "Display" to see the various ways of representing the molecule. 
Click on "Select" and then on "Mouse Click Action" in the second menu to measure bond distances and angles
